EXECUTIVE ASSESSMENTS

What makes Levinson Institute assessments unique?

Nearly 40 years of leadership in the executive-development field go into The Levinson Institute's assessment models, designed for direct application to today's business and management issues.  Integrating our in-depth knowledge of organizational systems with an equally solid understanding of individual capability and motivation, The Levinson Institute provides a comprehensive model for executive evaluation.

Institute consultants work with you to identify the requirements of the role, the organizational context, and then, an individual’s potential for success in that role.

How does the process work?

The assessment process includes:

  1. A careful consideration with senior managers of the role requirements and working environment—the level of the work and the size of the role; the business purpose; the knowledge and skill required; the functional and process accountabilities; the core working relationships; and the values and aspirations that will increase the probability of success.

  2. An assessment of the candidate—his or her capabilities, motivation, work history, patterns of behavior, as well as values and aspirations that may or may not be consistent with the expectations of the role.

  3. Feedback and discussion with the organization along with recommendations.  Feedback to the candidate, if desired.

  4. Follow-up support, coaching and training, if appropriate, for the individual chosen for the role.
